Hugo Siegmeth has been working internationally as a soloist, composer and artistic director with various jazz and classical ensembles since 1998.
Numerous concerts, radio and CD productions, including 10 under his own direction, on stages such as the Lincoln Center New York, Philharmonie Berlin, the New Arts Festival Singapore, the Ars Electronica in Linz as well as on tours commissioned by the Goethe Institute through Central Asia, South America and the Sudan.
Siegmeth was and is there with sound magicians such as Clark Terry, Axel Wolf, Michael Wollny, Nguyen Le, Bobby Shew, Barry Guy, Kirill Petrenko, Markus Poschner, the Ensemble Sarband, Rudi Zapf, the Bruckner Symphoniker, the German Chamber Orchestra Berlin , Augsburger Domsingknaben, the Orchestra della Svizzera italiana.
