Professionals promote young talent - this is the goal of the “Lehrer Big Band Bayern e.V.” since 1993 and has been organizing concerts and workshops at home and abroad ever since. The VMG Big Band (led by Sebastian Glas) has been firmly anchored in Regensburg's cultural life for years. In 2023, the young people went on a concert tour to the twin city of Budavar (1st district of Budapest) in order to establish a cooperation with the Farcas-Ferenk Music School
